This three bedroom trendy residence oozes comfort. Having a modern kitchen with dishwasher, open plan living and a lot to offer. Two living areas with split system air conditioners, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, including the master bedroom with en-suite. Separate laundry for all your creature comforts.

Enjoy alfresco dining overlooking a grassed landscaped garden, great for entertaining or just relaxing while the kids play.

A large double garage with drive through access to the rear provides plenty of room for the boat, jet ski or the kids bikes. Being located in a cul de sac it is safe for children. Take a wander through the open park lands to nearby beaches. Explore Inverloch with its many cafes, restaurants and vibrant strip shopping.

    We very much enjoyed our stay in this property: quiet location , sounds of the sea, no through traffic, two living areas, well equipped kitchen + laundry , outside dining , fenced/ grassed rear garden , good heating / cooling incl master , lots of books / games / activities for grandkids 3+ 5 + adults .Comfy beds , roomy master with ensuite.
    Place was clean .Driveway was a little overgrown with vegetation.There was also a 125-150mm drop- off on left side of front half of driveway .. potential trip hazard and not good for cars with low ground clearance. We had 3 cars and - two on driveway and one to left of driveway part on road part on front garden / naturestrip lawn area..there were some low hanging branches there that made things a little difficult.Trees and plants in rear yard provided good shade and privacy but were beginning to impact on the lawn so some modest but regular pruning could address this issue There were some fragile decorative items in rear living area and with young children with us we placed these out of harms way on upper areas of master WIR. There was also a faint odour in the master ensuite when we first arrived --- these didn`t continue as the room was used but may need to flush drains in floor + shower with suitable product .Otherwise the place was spotless.Being able to walk to the beach was great.

    We had a relaxing 3 night stay at this great property. It was very clean and so well equiped. We felt that we were staying at the home of someone we knew! It was an easy short walk to the beach and a quick drive to the shops. Would definitely stay again.
