Hidden amongst the Tea tree this home has a discreet street presence, you will enjoy the proximity to seaside amenities whilst offering total privacy. The north and eastern orientation draws the sun onto the expansive deck, which is set up perfectly for the summer barbeque with the whole family. Upstairs living, dining and kitchen area is open plan with plenty of comfortable seating. Kitchen is fully equipped with full oven, ceramic cook top and dishwasher. The open plan Lounge area has a large 65 inchTV with Foxtel and unlimited broadband Wifi. You will also find a powder room upstairs for your convenience.

Downstairs you will find two bedrooms one with queen bed and the other with a queen bed and bunks, both serviced by smart ensuite, central bathroom and European style laundry.

Excellent carport parking, internal and external access to the upper level finish off this home away from home. You wont want to leave and if you do want to venture out you have the best that Inverloch has to offer right at your doorstep.
