Located close to the Surf beach this home has loads of room for a large family, extra friends or a second family. A large room downstairs has 2 sets of King Single bunks and a Sofa Bed (QS), a great chill out zone for teenagers as it has its own lounge and TV area, free Wifi and direct access to the back yard. A shower and separate toilet are located with the laundry to service this area.

Upstairs there are two living areas either side of the house, the back living area has an open fire and would be a cosy spot during the colder months. The front living area has air conditioning, a modular couch and TV, the perfect spot to relax in when you have had a big day at the beach. The kitchen and dining area are centrally located in between with access to the back deck. The front deck has an outdoor setting and BBQ.

Two further bedrooms with queen beds are also located upstairs serviced by the main bathroom with bath. A large spacious back yard would be great for young kids to run and play in on the Trampoline and Table Tennis Table, there is also a range of water sport equipment available for use.There is also another outdoor setting located in this area.

Key Collection is between 2pm and 5pm, arrival out of these hours will incur an extra fee.
