A fully fenced back yard, outdoor shower and plenty of space for extra parking including a single lock up garage for a boat, jet skis and paddle boards, to provide the perfect spot for all the family.

Upstairs offers your main bedroom with built in robes, a 2nd bedroom and a lovely bright bathroom with spa bath. You will find a well equipped kitchen, 8 seater dining table, Air Conditioning, TV, and a cosy lounge area. The focal point of this property is a good size balcony where you can admire the picturesque Eagles Nest, relax and unwind in this coastal inspired beach home.

    Alex Scott real estate was easy to deal with. The home was clean and tidy and it was great to have two full bathrooms. The pool table was a great bonus. Lots of shops and beach a short drive away.
